This service is currently available to everyone, but priority will be given to the elderly and vulnerable.

Q. How do I order?

Simply tell us your food order (minimum spend £75) via telephone or email and one of our friendly customer assistants will help you in picking your order. You will then be allocated a delivery day. Deliveries will be contactless.

Q. What time can I order?

We accept orders 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

Q. Are there any restrictions on what I can order?

No, as long as the products are in stock. You must spend a minimum of £75 to qualify for delivery.

Q. How do I know what to order? Is there a stock list available?

If you’re unsure of the specific products you want, our friendly customer assistant will be able to support you in picking your order.

Q. Is there an order form I can fill out?

All orders will be taken via telephone or email.

Q. Do you offer substitutions if a product I want is out of stock?

We will ask you if you’re happy to receive substitutions or not. Once the order has been picked and we have a total price, we will call you back to take payment and also confirm any substitutes. Please note, if you opt in for substitutions, you will not be refunded for these alternatives.

Q. Will you accept cash payment?

In the interest of safety, we are only taking card payment via telephone at this time.

Q. Can I use vouchers as form of payment?

We are not accepting any vouchers as form of payment with our food delivery service.
